一、 General product and service terms
1. Mobile payment terminal: one year warranty for the whole machine.
2. Internet payment terminals: the whole machine is guaranteed for one year.
3. Micro payment terminal: the whole machine is guaranteed for one year.
4. Payment for external equipment: the whole machine is guaranteed for one year.
5. Unless otherwise stipulated in the contract by the customer during the warranty period.
二、 Self service product service terms
1. All parts of the company's self-service products, except consumables and wearing parts, are guaranteed for one year.
2. National joint insurance.
Note: in case of conflict between the above product service terms and the purchase contract, the contract shall prevail.
三、 Warranty certificate and warranty period
The valid warranty certificate of the product includes:
1. Product warranty manual.
2. Valid purchase invoice of the machine (valid purchase invoice refers to the formal commercial sales invoice with the seal of the tax bureau).
There are two ways to calculate the product warranty period:
1. The product warranty period starts from the date of purchase - when the customer simultaneously provides the product warranty book and the valid purchase invoice of the machine as the warranty voucher, the product warranty period starts from the date of invoice (purchase invoice).
2. The warranty period of the product shall be calculated from 1 month after the date of delivery of the product - the date of delivery of the product shall be subject to that provided by the company.
